In Kentucky most cases of assault are taken on by the prosecutor even if the victim decides not to press charges. This did not happen in this case because the perpetrator had an intimate relationship with a criminal element in the local police department.

The second step. Include a tool or widget on the website that grants a visitor to bookmark the website easily and to inform others about it on favourite websites like Facebook, Digg, MySpace, Delicious, and StumbleUpon.
